1. How to get a better price?

Our prices are determined by quantity, the more you buy, the better the price. Please send your quantity to get a better price.
2. How do you pack the goods?

We will pack the goods in waterproof plastic bags and then pack them in woven bag or carton.
3. Do you offer free sample?

If the product you want we have similar or same stocks, the sample will be free and you only need to pay the freight.
4. What is your MOQ?

The MOQ of lace is 5000 yards. There is no strict MOQ for fabric, small orders are okay to start.
5. Can I customize my design / logo?

Yes, we can customize the product pattern, width, color, and material according to your needs.
6. How long is the lead time and shipping time?

Lead time for the small quantity is around 3-14 days, and 2-4 weeks for bulk orders.
7. How about the payment?

Delivery against payment. For large orders, we accept 30% deposit and 70% payment before delivery.

Our embroidery uses high-density threads and lock-stitch techniques, ensuring minimal fraying under normal use. The colors are treated with color-fastening processes to resist fading.
4. What is the fabric with holes called?

It called eyelet embroidery fabric，which is with holes made by punching and embroidery.
5. Is embroidery thread 100% cotton?

For the embroidered part of the fabric, cotton thread can be selected. Also, other materials of threads can be chosen according to the customer's requirements, such as metallic thread.
6. What is the strongest embroidery thread?

Among the common embroidery threads, nylon thread and polyester thread are generally considered to be relatively strong.
7. What kind of fabric is best for embroidery?

Cotton fabrics is ideal for embroidery. Cotton offers durability and a smooth surface for intricate designs, perfect for everyday textiles.
8. What is the best weight fabric for embroidery?

For embroidery, medium to heavyweight fabrics (140-300 GSM) generally work best.
9. Are your products environmentally friendly?

YES.Our products can pass GRS and Oeko-Tex standard 100.
10. What level can the color fastness of the product reach?

The color fastness can reach above grade three. The PH can be controlled within the range of 4.6 to 4.8. The content of APEO is zero, and the color matching accuracy can reach more than 95%.

Yes, we provide fabric testing and certification services for products upon request. Additional charges may apply.
2. How can you guarantee quality?

Before the production of bulk goods, there will be bulk samples, and before shipment, there will be strict inspections.
3. How to deal with quality problems?

When clients receive the goods,if any quality problems,please contact us immediately. we will have a discussion about it until you feel satisfied.
